Car shopping has consumed my life these past couple of days.
If you don't know, I am terrible with cars. I know nothing. I hardly know the difference between automatic and manual transmission, and I couldn't even tell you what is considered "good gas mileage" for a car. BUT - that all changed as of yesterday. I spent 8 hours with my parents learning all about cars. We went to Carmax, and I test drove a car, learned all of the vital things I need to know while looking for a car (which is a lot), figured out my price range, looked at my options, realized I like cars with spoilers, and tried to drive stick- which was a complete disaster. My brain was exhausted at the end of the day, but I felt accomplished. My goal is to buy a car within the next month. I still need to do a lot of research, and I need to call the insurance company. It's so crazy how my mind thinks now. I never used to care about cars, and now I keep seeing cars on the road and remembering the names of them so I can look them up later. So ridiculous.
I just want to make the right decision. This is a big purchase.
Now I want to redo the design on my blog. I don't like it anymore.
